Manage your Energy than Time to be Productive!!!

Recent researches said that managing energy is more important than time to be more productive in day to day life. Everyone have 24 hours a day but only few more active in a whole day because of this.
The four type of energies are,

• Physical Energy - Nutrition, exercise and sleep are the pillars of it so manage it well.
• Mental Energy - Practicing multitasking is a good option to improve it.
• Emotional Energy - It depend on our attitude, it results the quality of attention and work if we have bad attitude on work it reflects on our work.
• Spiritual Energy - It's an unscientific energy connected with our inner soul.

Really is it true that the energy management is more than Time management.
