Why do the rules are meant to be broken?

A rule is preferable rather necessary. Because it is upon to us, following it or not. If a situation is dire, and we have no choice we will break the rule.
The rule is defined to expect a person to behave in a certain mannerism. These rules become ineffective with time, and it has to be validated with changes.
I don't say we have to break rules, but to extend our boundaries sometimes we need to break our rules.

What do you guys think about breaking rules?

It's in our human nature, we as human constantly challenging the rules and make sure we step out of them. Some do it without harming others and some do it by harming other. In short, we have this trait to break the rules.
