Why do we craze after foreign tourists who visit our country?

If we observe a foreigner of any nationality on the country roads, then we could also see young men trying to talk to them. If they happen to be girls, then the situation worsens as random people trying to take selfies and trying to cheat them by playing guide.

Why do we do that? After all, our tradition implies hospitality, but what we actually do borders on privacy breach and borderline abuse in some cases. Why is that we go crazy at foreign people?

I have the same doubts Shana, Maybe people get excited when they see different looking people than them in terms of looks,appearance and dressing so they want to mingle with them and cherish that moment with photos :confused:
