Loving your work or loving the company your are working?

We all have a dream to work on our favorite fields. But some of us have a desire of working for a particular company. We like to work there once because it may be famous, the payment is higher, or the company is flexible and comfortable for employees etc. But however, if we lose focus on our own work, the company may fire us.



My question is, do we need to love the job or the company? Which is good for our work?

You should love your job and company then only you can give your 1000% to the work. If you don't like your job or company it feels like a prison for you which drain yourself, on the other hand if you love your job and company it feels like home to you.you will do everything with love and desire.
