Ever had strangers say that your face is familiar to them?

I'm the kind of person who spent her 1st two decades of her life within the city she was born. But wherever I go, I get this comments from strangers that I look familiar to them. That my face looks like someone they know, either their cousin or sister or someone they know.

How is it possible? Wherever I go, someone would approach me and say this, either a woman or man. It happens when I go to a place for the first time.

Is there any explanation for this? Is my face so COMMON?

Yeah it happened to me, Sometimes the strangers I met in the train use to say that i look like someone they know. Maybe the theory is true that we have seven lookalike of us in this world.
