When we order an item which looks good on the site, and we pay for it, we get something that "looks" somewhat like the original. But we don't feel the quality that was in the site!
And yes, we could return the item or ask for another product if it's damaged. But what's the use if the product is not delivered perfectly on time?
Is it a purposeful cheating tactic or is it accidental?
