More than this in my experience i used to avoid addict social medias is turn off your phone and do other things for some free time. It means when i have free time normally i go social medias but rather than it i turn off the phone for some hours and playing,joking,reading books or do something. In early time i can't do for some minutes too but now i can do for more than 3 hours.
Nice tips Dhiya, but I think we can use social media in a healthy way, for that we should schedule our time for social media and should follow the schedule strictly.Quote:
