Have you ever given a tip for someone

Hi all,

Most of the time when we had a meal from a hotel, we are having the habit of giving a tip to the waiter.

Actually, I have that habit. But some people do not like to give that tip saying that it is their duty to serve us and they may get a salary for that.

What is your idea of giving a tip to a waiter who served well in a hotel for you?

Giving a tip to the person who serves us food wholeheartedly is a must! It is a way of thanking them. Moreover you can simply judge a person the way he/she treats a waiter.

Yes agree with you. But there are some people who do not care on giving a tip on that helpful person and just taking their help.

Yeah I use to give tip at restaurants. It's like a complimentary gift for their patience and good food service. And I've seen many waiters feel happy when they receive tip from their customers. So to show that smile on their face I use to give tip.
