Using Shampoo continously on hair

Hi all,

We all are in the habit of using shampoo. especially the girls. But in early time there were no anything called shampoo,
but we have heard that the early women had long hairs and they maintained that beautifully.

I feel that using of shampoo continuously may cause bad health issues for us. But there are two sides of it. If we stop using of shampoo also may cause problems.

WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THIS?

How it effect if we stop using shampoo and how it effect if we used shampoo continuously?:confused:
