Ability to Predicting someone is boon or curse?

I have seen some people who said that "I know it will happen", sometimes they perdicted the truth atleast 80% of it will be real. How do they do this? When we observe more and listen carefully give us a key of it grow this ability on us ? But some psychologist done this very well but they said it's like a cure it revels secrets and doomed everything. Really predicting something is possible or not??

It is that gut feeling that says the truth. Always trust your gut instincts it will tell you the truth!

It's just a matter of probability. But I'm a firm believer in thinking that "if we actually want something to happen, it WILL happen". It's all about thoughts and vibrations. If someone predicts something earlier, then he/she must have a keen observation skill and an ability to analyze situations.

Considering that, the thing I'm asking is if the predictions 80% right about others it may irritating to you. It's like when you know they said lie but you have to act like you don't know that. So better if don't have that ability it may be a good think i thought.

Yes it is, Only few are apart from probability. Is that ability really useful ??

Definitely, it's an irritating feeling Assassin but you will be alert of the certain person so you won't fall for their trap or false stories and always listen to your gut feeling It will show you the right path.
