What is the best attire to go to sleep?

Hi all,

This is something different from culture to culture. However according to mine most probably the attire to go to sleep is a night dress?
Is it different in your culture?
Sometimes this may differ from person to person. Then what is your preference?

Light weight ,breathable comfy clothes are best night dress, In western countries people prefer to sleep in birth suit as it help them to lower their overall body temperature and give free range of motion to their body. It also give a state of deep sleep.
