you can surprise them with your own made greeting cards ,handcrafts and photo frames,Because they are more valuable than the gifts brought from shops.
It's shows your love and efforts for them.

Giving surprise is just like few minute happiness! Don't follow the odd's stuff like wishing him/her sharp 12AM, paste the cake on his/her face! Of course it will make him/her feel happy. But, if you want to make him/her happy for whole day then try to be with him as much as possible based on his.her taste with very patiently! Whatever he/she does don't make him/her feel bad or get angry, Also, give him room to spend time with his/her family and friends too!

Create permanent memories with talk and feel rather going with hype and making him/her busy with your arrangements!

grow up! I know you are kidding and it's a joke! but, see this is the problem we all are having here and love and breakup is like a very casual stuff nowadays! This is where the purity and the value is getting faded everyone getting a already used girl/boy and then they try to compare this current one and previous one and then end up with divorce.

No, I'm not giving any advice, But let's be practical! Don't use the word " Love " if you don't feel the love! if you really want to spend time with a men goahead and treat as a good friend but don't make him feel bad on you!

Well said Beacon, Nowadays most of the youngsters don't know the real meaning of love. and the treat love relationship as a trend or fashion which will get change time to time. Love is a magical feeling,it's pure and unreasonable. I read somewhere "Until you find the true love you didn't know what you are missing in your life". Only the people who experienced the true love can understand this line.
