What is the first thing you do in the morning?

The toughest part of our daily morning routine is waking up early! I used to go check my puppy once I wake up from bed.

Hi Moana,

I usually get up before 5.00 am.first I go to brush my teeth and wash face .then I drink plenty of water .(maximum 1 l).I am not saying lie but real .

Jeez, you drink 1 litre of water every single moring? That sounds really like a good habit ( a morning routine as if you call it) Have you felt any changes so that I could try it as well?

Hi,

Yes ,I have felt good changes in my body .
Last four month i have struggle with urine infection Doctor said to me that drink plenty water in empty stomach .
So i continuously drink more than water in every day i can recover the urine infection .


you Try it ,if you get more healthy benefits.

I read 'Quora' and I hear music for about 15 minutes. I am not an early person so I won't have much time in the morning before going to office. But by doing this, I make sure that my day starts with something which I like. P.S. Free advice: If you start your day with things you enjoy doing let it be some small things, you'll have an complete satisfaction and it'll help you to perform well through the day.

I usually wake up at 5 am. The first thing I do after waking up is read some motivational quotes for the day followed by reading a book for half an hour after that I do the cleaning of my house then I will get ready for the work.

Usually, if I'm in Hostel, I'd go place my basket to reserve my washroom stall. If I'm at home, I get my bed coffee.

This the hostel life morning routine. I experienced this life. It's a different kind of fun life. Now I missed that life.
