How can we differentiate norms from values?

Hello Friends,

In my knowledge norm is a cultural or society set of rules implement upon certain community and value is a principle follow by a person individually
Norm is more like a law and value is like a behavior.


What is your opinion about norms and value?

Norms are specif sense OR guidlines. For instance rules ,guide & expectation for actual behavior .but value is
abstraction conception of what is important and general guilelessness .
