Which is more valuable food tree in sri Lanka ?

Hey guys i am going to discuss with something different topic ,many of us don't know about jack fruit dishes .
jack fruits is used as a substitute for rice .Specially ,Sinhala people prepare into various tasty dishes .have you heard these dishes name are
different 'Polos melluma', '' kiri kos'' .

I eat these dishes in kurunagele .Really different tasty for us.

I ate polos curry it's very tasteful, But I never knew that people use jackfruit dishes as a substitute for rice. It's a new information for me.
