3 ways social Media ruining our real life
Our life experiences have completely changed because of social media. We spend more hours thinking about how other people will regard our adventures trip than actually enjoying them. Checking social media become an unavoidable daily routine in our life.

These are the three ways social media is runing our real-life.
1. You will be lost the moment - In the urge t share the moment on social media, we will lose the chance to enjoy the real moment.
2. It's self-absorbing and addictive - Instead of enjoying the experiences anthe people around you, you seek validation from your phone
3. It's harming your relationships - studies say that cellphones ruin the closeness between the people.
Can you guys tell me how can we prevent social media from destroying our real life?

Simply the people doesn't understand the difference between reality and virtual world. If the understand that they won't go deeper into Social Medias.

Rather than the requirement people are running through the trend. That's why they are addicted to social media as you mentioned. They keep distance the nearby persons and trying to take the distance things closer. As assassin mentioned people should get the experience of the difference between the virtual life and the real life

Agree with Lorraine, People are attracted by the new trendy lifestyle. In the process to become trendy they are losing their real life.

Spending time on Facebook is good, unless until it is about a knowledgeable thing to read about. Social media can ruin our life. Limiting ourselves is the only option for us to stay safe!
