It is , fashion is something that determines a person's personality that is so very true. Our tastes is determined via the type of dress we wear.

Somewhat our personality and dressing sense connected to each other. But I think we can't fully understand a person's personality with their dressing sense. Because dressing sense can change according to places and situations.
