How to live a sick free healthy life?
Confess it; we are slightly envious of people who store their sick days. While we sneeze and cough our way over cold and flu season of the year, while they display no signs of even a snuffle. Don’t just jealousy them. Get to know their tricks make your immune system stronger and lead a healthier life.

Here are some tips for a sick free healthy life.
- Maintain a healthy diet
- Get out in nature and breath some fresh air
- Do regular exercise
- Relax yourself
- Always think positively
- Be more social
- Avoid alcohol and drugs
- Get the right amount of sleep
- Maintain proper hygiene

You have mentioned almost all the things. I would like to add Yoga. Practicing yoga will give mental, physical and spiritual enhancements. Yoga is a must for all the age groups.

Yeah I too heard that Yoga is very good for our mental and Physical health, Also heard that it will completely cure disease like Asthma.

I have practised but not an expert in Yoga. Pramayama stimulates breath control which helps in your physical activities. .

I think you meant "Pranayama", I heard about it too but never tried it.

Typo it is. Yoga is a must for everyone. I started fitness recently, Will do yoga after a while. You should practise too.

I never knew about it, But in my place, I can't go swimming, it's not that safe.

What you said is true, But It doesn't work all the time. There are some exceptions as well
