Christmas or New year 2019 offers for Credit cards and Debit cards in Sri lanka

Since this is the last month of this year. Most of the local banks in Srilanka providing the following features to their credit card holders.
- Discounts on a %
- Specific amount discount if purchase any limit from the vendors.( ex: if you purchase above Rs.10000 then Rs.1000.00 is discount)
- NO interest installment payments

Anyone knows, from which bank they are giving a huge discount? in Sampath Bank, Peoples Bank, National Development Bank or any others?

There are people who are not eligible to get the credit card. For them, it would be a great help if the banks provide the same discounts for the Debit cards as well in the season times. Any banks provide such same discounts in Sri Lanka?
