How can I try to reduce my weaknesses?

From my experience, Below I've mentioned some points for you. Please apply those points and observe for self.


Fist accept your weaknesses.
Get guidance from someone maybe your parents or friends or workes. (those people need to have a good attitude, positive thinker)
Set goals to create an action plan for improving weaknesses.
Reward Yourself.
Taking too many risks.
Utilize your strengths to build confidence.
Count every success.

To overcome your weakness first acknowledge them (your weaknesses) then get help from the people you trust the most and with their help improve the skills where you are lacking, also help others who have the same weakness as you. This way you can get rid of your weakness
