We are always focus on improving our efficiency and productivity and we often take leisure breaks after finishing our work.But studies says that taking some fun break help us to improve our productivity, as leisure breaks help us to overcome our stress, make us more creative and make ourselves remain healthy which more important for our productivity. So guys do agree that taking some leisure break help us to increase our productivity ? Let's share your own opinions with me.

Yes, I agree with your point. Because I realized this in my life. While continuously working, If we took little break for relaxation, It'll really helpful to increase our next work productivity.
