What will happen If robots become caretakers?

Robotic has now entered in both personal and professional lives of humans. Robots are now used in the industries like manufacturing , transportation, security, climate change monitoring, household tasks and etc. Many Japanese robotics corporations are working on manufacturing nursing care robots. These robots are aimed to take of elders which will eliminate human nurses to take care of elders. Do you think robots caretakers perform like human caretakers?
