Why Android name their versions in food names?

I checked some android versions names, the names are like lollipop, oreo and pie. Why Android names are in food names any specific for that? If you guys know the reason, please share it with me.

There can be two reason for this first one is Android want to attract people so they name their versions on sweet foods name because people are more attracted to food and the second one is the inventor of Android versions can be a deserts lover. below is the sweet history of Android operating system.

Yeah, I knew those names, They are cupcakes,donuts,eclairs,froyo,gingerbread,honeycom b,ice cream sandwich,jellybean and etc.In my previous reply I share a image about it.
