How can we stop hating someone?

I hate some people in my life.I know it's a negative feeling so I want to change it. Can you guys tell me how can I stop hating someone? how to change this attitude of mine? Guys. kindly share your tips in the comments.

First limit your interaction with the person you hate and create a boundary with them then mange your feeling and reaction this way you can reduce your hated for them.You can write down your feelings to understand why you hate them this will help you to understand your emotion towards them.

I don't like the word 'hate' so what I do is if there comes any perpetual situation, I choose to become 'void' towards that particular person. This means their actions won't bother me anymore. They become an unknown third person. Thus, I can make peace within myself and try to focus on different important things.

So you mentally ignore that particular person and become neutral towards that person,right?

I don't have to ignore them nor emit any concerns. As a normal being, you don't have any feeling towards an unknown third person.

True we don't have any feelings for unknown person. But If you started dislike someone who once very close to you that time what you will do?

I change my priorities. Concentrate on things which will progress you or make you happy. Please remember that a person's behaviour is temporary. Don't judge a person for their temporal behaviour.

Yeah we can't judge people for their temporary behavior. And you are right we should focus on the things which gives us happiness.

Like Vijay Sethupathi (actor) said don't bother about people who spread hate about you. Keeping on progressing and focus on your work, one day they will be lost among the crowd.
