When SpaceX launched Falcon Heavy the center core booster failed to land and it splashed down in the ocean. After the disaster, Elon Musk the owner of SpaceX gave the explanation about the failure of Falcon Heavy. In his tweets, he stated that Heat breached engine bay, high entry force and center engine TVC failed are the reasons for failure in landing. It's really the worst-case scenario for SpaceX.
