We all need to take good care of ourselves, but sometimes we become extra care of things that we compromise for anything. Like I am usually extra care about my morning breakfast and medications I never miss them for any reason, also I am extra care of my clothes and footwear because If I am not comfortable with them my whole day will be ruined.
