Do you think that a women's indecent dressing sense stimulate people towards raping her? Give me your thoughts!
But if it's so then why is a 3 year baby being molested? What I personally feel is it is not the dressing sense that stimulate people for rape, it is their way of thinking about the certain person.

I think in a way yes it is. Men get attracted to it.lol;;:) it sometimes leads to bad decisions like raping if self management is not there. Appropriate education and self management could eliminate this. But as you said they are raping kids also. This may be because of below reasons.Quote:
