How does climate change impact our mental health conditions?

Research has found that climate change crisis is already having a great impact on our health, including mental health.Studies say that climate change can cause mental health conditions like posttraumatic stress disorder, anxiety,depression, grief, suicidal ideation and substance use disorders. Do you guys have any idea how does these mental health problems caused by climate change? How can we control the impact of climate change in our mental health?
