How competitive job vacancies become in Sri Lanka?

Finding beneficial work is the priority of every young individual. A few decades ago, people’s only choice was to either “know somebody” who would refer them to a job opening or look through the classified division of the newspapers. Indeed, that was a time when government jobs were the only good professional choice open to many talented Sri Lankans.
