How can we help people struggling in underprivileged regions of Sri Lanka?

The increase in country’s participation in trade has concurred with an equal drop in poverty in Sri Lanka. There are number of regions in Sri Lanka, where people living in extreme poverty. Trade has aided to upturn the number and quality of jobs in the country, stimulated economic growth, and driven productivity also rises, but poverty also increases. Do you guys have any idea to help people struggling in underprivileged regions of Sri Lanka to lead better lives?
