There is a saying “When talent fails to work hard, hard work beats talent.” Talent is a natural quality that provides us a smart technique to achieve things, but If we are not keen to put in the work to harvest and nurture our talent, then our talent become useless. So I thing working hard is more important than having talent. What do you think guys which are more important having talent or working hard?
