What is your definition for ‘The American Dream’?

Do you know what is "American Dream"? American Dream means that "every citizen of United States should have equal amount of opportunity to accomplish success and prosperity in their lives through their own hard work,initiative and determination." And for me "American Dream" means Creating my own life instead of letting my life to take control over me,also making many memorable experiences while inspiring others to live their lives with their own terms and conditions. So guys tell me what is your definition for ‘The American Dream’?
