How can we help our young generation to build a better future?

Our world is experiencing a global change in many aspects of our lifestyles and living. This global change also so increase the crises in education, health, sustainability, employment,gender-based discrimination and violence. Thus it's become difficult to create a healthy and peaceful environment for our younger generation. Do you guys have any ideas about how can we help our young generation to build a better future?
