Does integrity is important for a successful career?

Integrity is a trait of being honest and having strong values and moral principles. Lots of studies suggest that most of the employers looking for integrity in their potential employees because those people are dependable, trustworthy and will be loyal to their work and firm. In my personal opinion integrity is a must-have trait for everyone to achieve their personal and professional goals in life.
