In this busy world mostly women not care about their health. In my point of view these are the common health mistakes women makes,

1. Not drinking enough water.
2. Skipping meals and not eating enough whole foods.
3. Exercising too much.
4. Not getting enough sleep.
5. Skipping exercise.
