Why traveling is so important in life?

Traveling is best for everyone. It changes mood and a best stress relief. If you want to travel just go for it. Do not care about anything. And tell me why do you think travelling is important in life?

Based on my travel experiences I would say traveling make you more open to life. You become more independent and get the chance to re-discover your own self. Thus it's important in life.
