Delve too deep into the mind ruins Happiness

some times we overthink about a problem or situation which make us stress and depressed. We have to think a little less,live a little more,Expect nothing,appreciate everything,Add happiness,subtract stress and multiple our joy.
The more we think the less we understand. S o don't delve too deep into the mind it ruins happiness."less thinking ,more living"

You're right,If we expect less we didn't get disappointment at all, "No expectation,No disappointment".
