Do We Have To Sacrifice Everything To Achieve Our Goals?

Everyone of us would definitely have our own goals and we are in a busy world mixed with tons of obstacles to achieve them. Coming to the point we are very busy with our works and studies where some of us even don't have time to spend with our family. Work home! Home Work! this is what is happening in the real world.
Parents are not spending enough time with their kids where kids even end up emotionally frustrated, this is a serious issue. And we ''The Young generation'' are more into achieving our goals rather than spending time with family and friends.
I personally feel like that most of us are more focused on achieving our goals where we're ending up loosing our friends, families and relationships. In the end we get satisfied with what we have achieved with lots of money however when we look back we would have lost all our happiness( Friends, family, relationships) which can't be bought by money.
Do you guys think that we have to sacrifice some things in order to achieve our goals? Is it right according to your opinion? Kindly share us your thoughts!
