ETCA a threat or an opportunity to SriLanka?

ETCA(Economic and Technology Co-operation Agreement) is an Indo-SriLankan agreement which covers services specifically based on IT and shipyards.
There were debates on the impact of ETCA on the local employees and the transparency of the agreement!

Some professionals point out that it will help the economy of the country while some disagree this statement debating that it won't suit for SriLanka and there is a threat for the SriLankan people to become unemployed or under employed!
