Why Do Some People Look More Matured Than Their Actual Age?

Hi Guys!


We all want to stay in shape and maintain our physical appearance and this is the truth lol

I have seen some people who look like 30 but their actual age would be 22 and some people whose actual age is 22 and they would look like 30. And mostly kids who are born overseas used to look more matured in appearance than their actual age, IS IT THE PRESENT TIMES FOOD THAT IS BRINGING THESE SHORT OF A PROBLEMS?


What do you guys think, is it the food or the genetic problem that is bringing up these short of a problems? Kindly discuss your opinions down here.:)

Genetically not only the food but also the climate made them look differ. Mostly in abord they have fat based foods as main course but in asia we go with Carbohydrates specially rice.

This is so very true lol apart form geenetic and food it should be because of the stress and depression and alcohol as well

As you and assassin said genetic ,our food habits and our physical & mental health playing an important role in our aging, Some health issues and meditation also cause early aging, by maintain good mental and physical health we can prevent early aging
