In my opinion self-worth come from you, Which mean self worth is a opinion you have about yourself.
If you know your self-worth people's opinion won't bother you.
Because you know your value.Like, Who you are?, Why you are? and How good you are? and etc.

For me self worth is assessing myself. The checking my own strengths and weaknesses, proud about my abilities as well as build confidence to overcome my weaknesses and also accept my flaws as it is. Self-worth really matter for everyone. Once you understand well about your self-worth, you don't need to worry about people.
