So what is Enterprise resource planning?, this is the first question we came up when we are talking about the term ERP.
Enterprise resource planning is the process of planning how a business acquires business resources such as raw materials, customers, employees and moved in the business process from one point to another.
So it is clear that the ERP system is a business support system which normally handles the main business activities of an organization such as manufacturing of products, logistic activities, Inventory controls, Shipping and finance activities.
So ERP helps in controlling activities such as sales, marketing, production Inventory management Human resource management etc.
