Getting married is less advantageous to the career success of women?

From childhood women have several dreams to perceive in their life. One is their career. They study hard to achieve their career goals. But once they join in a marriage life there will be so many commitments which are an obstacle for their career plans and goals. Most women choose family over career in that particular situation:(. Because a women is more emotionally connected with every relationship in her life. Those who try to do best in both some time fails. She sacrifices her goals else partially attain her goals. Hi Adiza, What you said is true, there are few women who are successful both in their career and family. they are the real inspiration and have got a supporting family otherwise it's not possible . As a woman I want to be successful both in my career and family.
