Leasing companies the reason for vehicle traffic in our country??

Leasing companies offer vehicles for people to a part of total worth of the vehicle, and then they will collect interest and remaining amount each month from consumers. Most of them are three wheeler, cars and two wheeler. But when customer couldn't pay for the monthly amount, they will cease the vehicle and send it for bidding. This is a biggest problem for those who rely on the vehicle for their livelihood( basically three wheeler drivers). As the vehicle is available in a small rate, so everyone try to get their own vehicle. Which increases the amount of vehicle in our areas led to traffic and pollution.
