The Duty of the doctor

Hi friends,
Have you ever experienced when you went to get the medicine from a doctor they are giving just a prescription to get the money from you? Actually is that the duty of the doctor?
Isn't a doctor should be more kind to the patent and don't they want to examine the patient more before recommending the medicines?

Yeah doctors should be kind to patients and get know their sickness first then only they should prescript the medicine and explain about the dosage in take to them.

I have seen that the doctors and nurses they are scolding at patients without being kind for them. This is not regarding everyone must some of them are there with these issues.

I never see a doctor scold a patient but I have seen some nurses scolding patients without kindness. I think they should get punishment for their harsh behavior.
