Introducing my self in an interview

Hi all,
I never faced for any interview and for my internship period I have to face for an interview. I have heard that most commonly the 1st problem in an interview is to introduce my self to the panel.
So guys, As a software engineering student what are the points I have to highlight when introducing my self?
Am I want to mention my name, Educational Institute in the introduction?
