    what are the ways to encourage the teamwork in the workplace

    When it comes to team work ,you can learn a lot from others .
    teamwork is an activity in which members of an organization come together to work toward on a common goal OR set of goals .
    team work can also serve as an opportunity for personal growth & professional development.

    The main key for good team work is good communication.So practice clearcommunication
    Assign responsibilities for each team member, thus the work can be done on time without any cnflicts
    Motivate your team.Each and every team members should be ready to motivate a member when he/she feels stressed or demotivated
    Do what is RIGHT, NOT what is EASY!

    2 . a team is a collobaration of skills. So the team members should be skilled in different things. It is the diversity of the team.
    So same motivation and diversity among team members will make a great team.

    Other than teamwork and some professional stuffs,first make a platform where workers talk freely.
    Arrange some trips and outdoor activities.
