    Smile What to do when your job is seriously stressing you out?

    Workplace stress is a serious subject.To effectively manage stress,We need to address it in at least three of our : physical health,our mental health ,sense of purpose .
    Anyone give relieving tips for each of these areas.??

    3 things suddenly come into my mind when thinking about reducing the stress
    1) love your job
    2)spend time with your family
    3) have friends who are not doing the same professions you are doing and who can have fun with you..
    If you follow these three things , I am sure you can win the stress

    Simple and meaningful tips,Now I realized that i already have the stress relievers with me
    You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.

    Here I am sharing the tips that I follow in my life

    Don't taking work tension to the home because home place to relax and refresh yourself
    Having balance between your work and enjoyment
    Take a small break and going on a vacation
    Talk and enjoy time with your family and friends.
    You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.
