    Red face Why do we have emotions ?

    Hi everyone ,

    Mental illness often result from excess emotion.The overflow of emotions does't just drive mood disorders like major depression but fuels most psychological problemshobias ,anxiety ,trauma,hoarding,obsessiveness,borderline personality disorder & drug & alcohol abuse.

    could you someone share hoe to control your emotions ?

    1. Don't react right away
    2. Seek for right guidance
    3. Find a healthy outlet
    4. Replace your thoughts with positivity
    5. Forgive your emotional triggers



    These above tips help to control our emotions.
    You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.

    It's my pleasure Wondergirl , To control your emotions you can use methods like:

    1. Diverting your thoughts from your current emotions
    2. forgive the person or incident for your emotion
    3. Find a healthy way to outlet your emotion
    4. Get guidance from your family or friends
