    How to reduce my weight?

    I want some good effective ways to reduce weight because I spent morning time on a workout. still, I didn't reduce my tummy fat. Please give quality methods to me. (Food, Exercise, Play and etc)


    Last 3 months ago I was thin but nowadays I become fat. I also have a haemoglobin problem as well.


    Please give a better suggestion to me to reduce the tummy fat.

    Don't do the waste workouts, do all the home cleaning works automatically you will lost weight.

    Here are some tips to loose weight

    • Take high-protein foods in your breakfast
    • Drink a glass of water half an hour before your meals
    • Avoid sugary drinks and foods as soon as possible
    • Eat your food slowly and eat in small plates
    • Drink coffee or tea often.
    You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.
